Each delegate must bring proof of identity. Online courses cannot guarantee to an employer that the person stated on the certificate is the person who sat the test.

Face to face attendance with proof of identity proves to any enquirer that the holder of the certificate actually achieved a positive result, making these courses more valid to an employer than an online one.

Kingsway Hall has a main hall which can be used as a conference centre for up to 150 seated in rows or can be for 20 – 40 people at individual tables for training purposes.

There are also two training rooms upstairs to comfortably hold 12 delegates for smaller courses.

All rooms are centrally-heated with free wi-fi and adequate ventilation.

Sanitisers are also freely available if required.
